Gorgeous, hexagon-shape, a deep red background with black high lights make this stone look like a piece of polished Redwood. Corners of the hexagon are slightly rounded, and the upper edges of the stone, raised slightly above the bezel, also have a slight roundness to them; sterling silver bezel and base; hand-cut, sterling silver ring shank tapers wider near the base and has diamond-shape, copper accents on the shank, one on each side of the stone.
